WHAT IS M.O.V.E.?
M.O.V.E. — Mamas Organizing Voter Economics — is G.R.O.W.’s strictly nonpartisan civic-engagement program for mothers and caregivers. M.O.V.E. helps families understand voting rights, register to vote, access reliable election information and participate confidently in elections and civic life.
M.O.V.E. does not support or oppose political candidates or political parties.
M.O.V.E. is designed to support community-rooted voter education and civic engagement in Greater Cleveland and Youngstown, with an emphasis on mothers, caregivers, and families raising children with disabilities.
Vision
M.O.V.E. envisions communities where mothers and caregivers—including those raising children with disabilities—have the information, confidence and tools to participate in civic life and help shape the future of their families and communities through informed, nonpartisan voter engagement.
M.O.V.E. equips mothers and caregivers with clear, accessible and nonpartisan voter education so they can understand their voting rights, navigate the voting process and participate confidently in elections.
