The SELF-Waiver exists, most families were never told.
In this public comment to the Cuyahoga County Council, Ebony Spano, founder of M.O.V.E. (Mamas Organizing Voter Economics), speaks truth to power about the SELF Waiver, a Medicaid option most Ohio families were never told existed. With passion and data, she exposes how a program meant to support families caring for children with disabilities has been kept out of reach for too many.
