G.R.O.W. U.P. (Giving Resources & Opportunities to be Wealthy for the Underserved Population)
is an initiative designed to empower young individuals from underserved communities as they transition into adulthood. Through mentorship, skill-building, and access to essential resources, GROW UP helps bridge the gap to financial independence and long-term success. The program focuses on creating opportunities for growth, leadership, and wealth-building to ensure that every young person has the foundation to thrive.
G.R.O.W. U.P. helps underserved autistic young men+caregivers ages 18 through 22 transition into adulthood by navigating Medicaid, SSI, education, and work pathways. Workshops are culturally responsive and designed to build confidence and independence. It will help them gain practical skills in Medicaid and SSI navigation, post-high-school rights (ADA/504), education and employment readiness, and connection to community resources.
