         Jordan Weekly
         Board Member

Jordan Weekley is a certified Medical Assistant who graduated from Cuyahoga Community College, with a double major in Medical Assisting and Biology. Since graduation she has put her skills to work helping her daughter Esther navigate through her life and Autism diagnosis. She has been very hands on in all aspects including negotiating with insurance companies and doctors to achieve the best outcomes for her daughter, working with local schools and other non profits not just for her own child, but other children and families affected by autism and other disabilities.

Danielle Eberhardt
       Treasurer

Danielle Eberhardt is a devoted mother and accomplished Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a passion for advancing mental health, wellness, and community support. She brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, leadership experience, and compassion to her work, striving to create meaningful impact in the lives of others. Danielle is committed to using her skills and perspective to help guide and strengthen the mission of the organization.

Jessica Pagan
Board Member

A Puerto Rican decent Born in the city of Cleveland and current resident of ward 16. Graduate of all girls catholic highschool St. Joseph academy class of 99. I became a mother at the age of 18. Very proud mother of one son who graduated from St. Edward highschool as well as Ohio university. She embarked in a career of public safety in 2007 and is approaching her 18th year. Currently in her tenth year with the Department of public safety and justice services with Cuyahoga county. She is a member of the OH TERT team (telecommunications emergency response task force). In 2024, she was deployed as a 911 dispatcher to aid in the relief of hurricane Helene in NC. A lot of sacrifice has been made through the years to provide a well balanced life for her son. Family is extremely important to her and making moments count . She's extremely active and have run two half marathons and over a dozen 5ks. Health is the true wealth. Photography is her hobby for a picture savors a moment in time.

 Nikki Rotshtein
  Board Member

Nikki Rotshtein, OTR/L is a pediatric occupational therapist and parent coach with over 20 years of experience supporting children and families. As founder of Kavana Parenting, she provides coaching, workshops, and developmental tools that help parents manage behavior, routines, and emotional growth. Nikki has worked in schools, therapy centers, and community programs, bringing expertise in sensory integration, feeding therapy, and family support. Families describe her as thoughtful, patient, and transformative in helping them achieve meaningful outcomes.
