Ebony Spano
Founder & Part-Time Executive Director
Ebony Spano is the founder of Growing Right Over Wealth (G.R.O.W.), a nonprofit supporting children and families, especially those with disabilities. A Navy veteran and autism advocate, she works to empower families through community programs, education, and civic engagement.
Jordan Weekly
Part-Time Assistant Executive Director
Jordan Weekley is a certified Medical Assistant who graduated from Cuyahoga Community College, with a double major in Medical Assisting and Biology.
Since graduation she has put her skills to work helping her daughter Esther navigate through her life and Autism diagnosis. She has been very hands on in all aspects including negotiating with insurance companies and doctors to achieve the best outcomes for her daughter, working with local schools and other non profits not just for her own child, but other children and families affected by autism and other disabilities.
Danielle Eberhardt
Board Chair & Treasurer
Danielle Eberhardt is a devoted mother and accomplished Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a passion for advancing mental health, wellness, and community support. She brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, leadership experience, and compassion to her work, striving to create meaningful impact in the lives of others. Danielle is committed to using her skills and perspective to help guide and strengthen the mission of the organization.
Jessica Pagan
Secretary, Board of Directors
A Puerto Rican decent Born in the city of Cleveland and current resident of ward 16. Graduate of all girls catholic highschool St. Joseph academy class of 99. I became a mother at the age of 18. Very proud mother of one son who graduated from St. Edward highschool as well as Ohio university. She embarked in a career of public safety in 2007 and is approaching her 18th year. Currently in her tenth year with the Department of public safety and justice services with Cuyahoga county. She is a member of the OH TERT team (telecommunications emergency response task force). In 2024, she was deployed as a 911 dispatcher to aid in the relief of hurricane Helene in NC. A lot of sacrifice has been made through the years to provide a well balanced life for her son. Family is extremely important to her and making moments count . She's extremely active and have run two half marathons and over a dozen 5ks. Health is the true wealth. Photography is her hobby for a picture savors a moment in time.

Nikki Rotshtein
Member, Board of Directors
Nikki Rotshtein, OTR/L is a pediatric occupational therapist and parent coach with over 20 years of experience supporting children and families. As founder of Kavana Parenting, she provides coaching, workshops, and developmental tools that help parents manage behavior, routines, and emotional growth. Nikki has worked in schools, therapy centers, and community programs, bringing expertise in sensory integration, feeding therapy, and family support. Families describe her as thoughtful, patient, and transformative in helping them achieve meaningful outcomes.
She also owns Kavana Parenting which is a parent coaching service that helps parents build the skills and mindset to stay calm, connected, and intentional while raising confident and well-supported children.

Brittany Gray
Part-Time Youngstown Regional Director
Brittany Gray is a proud Youngstown native whose deep connection to the community guides her work as G.R.O.W.’s Part-Time Youngstown Regional Director. With experience in caregiving, customer service, food service, and team management, Brittany brings a practical, compassionate, and community-centered perspective to G.R.O.W.’s expansion into the Mahoning Valley.
Brittany and G.R.O.W. Founder and Executive Director Ebony Spano grew up together in Youngstown and share an understanding of the challenges local children and families can face when resources, support, and opportunities are limited. Believing that Youngstown families deserve access to the same high-quality autism-family inclusion programs and community resources available in Greater Cleveland, Brittany encouraged G.R.O.W.’s leadership to bring its mission home to Youngstown.
In her role, Brittany helps G.R.O.W. build trusted relationships with residents, identify local needs, connect families with meaningful resources, and develop community-rooted programming that reflects Youngstown’s strengths. An excellent cook and enthusiastic gardener, she values the ways food, wellness, and shared community experiences can bring families together. Brittany is committed to ensuring that Youngstown’s children, caregivers, and families—especially those affected by autism and other disabilities—have greater access to the resources and opportunities they need to thrive and G.R.O.W.
